Please Note: Online payments can only be made during tax season: June, July, August or December, January and February.
You have two payment choices for online payments:
Credit/Debit Card or ACH (electronic transfer)
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS: We accept MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express® and VISA®. If you are using a Debit Card, it will be treated as a credit card payment and will have the same charges associated with credit card payments.
ACH (ELECTRONIC TRANSFER): Your funds can be electronically transferred to the Town’s account from your checking or savings account. Each bill paid is considered a separate transaction and a service charge of $0.35 per bill will be processed separately for each payment. So if you have a special account you plan to pay your taxes from, make sure you take these charges into consideration.
INSTRUCTIONS TO PAY ONLINE THROUGH MCC eBill

Follow directions to “Signup for Online Payments.” You will be requested to complete a registration form including your name, address, and email address. You will also be asked to create a Username and Password which you may then use to login to your account and pay your tax bills. There is no fee for creating an account and no obligation, once signed up, to follow through with a payment.
Once registered, your account will remain active from year to year. A record of all payments made using eBill can be accessed by viewing your “Payment History” when logged into your eBill account.
To make a payment using eBill, you MUST have your current bill information in order to pull up any accounts you wish to pay.
Choose one of the Search Options:
· LIST#
For RE and PP taxes input the LAST SEVEN DIGITS OF THE CURRENT GRAND LIST BILL.
For MV; input LAST SEVEN DIGITS OF THE MV# located at the top of the bill.
· OWNER:
Input name as it is displayed on the bill sent to you AND the Amount Due for each piece
of property.
· PROPERTY ADDRESS:
o Input property address designated at the center top of the bill AND the Amount Due on the bill.
Helpful Hints
· Please confirm you have pulled up the correct bills you were searching for.
· If correct, add the bill to your payment cart and then you will be able to either pay the amount
shown due, input a partial payment, or pay both installments with one payment.
· You may continue your search for additional bills to be added to your Payment Cart.
· Each bill will be recorded as an individual transaction.
· For payments made via ACH (electronic transfer), there will be a $0.35 charge for each transaction.
· If a Credit/Debit Card is used for payment a convenience fee will be assessed based on the
amount of the transaction. (See Payment Calculator on the Registration page or within your
account under the Payment Method tab for further information)
· Once you have added your bills to your payment cart you may select the payment method you
wish to use (if previously saved) or choose to create a new method.
· You may Bookmark the Login page for the next time you want to make payments online.
