Presidential Election Absentee Ballots - Important Dates 

September 15th: State starts mailing absentee ballot applications to all registered voters. 

October 2nd: Town Clerk starts mailing absentee ballots to people who requested them. 

October 29th: Last day for mailing absentee ballots to local addresses to ensure receipt. They may be picked up at the Town Clerk’s office until November 2nd. 

October 24th: Recommended last day to mail in your ballot from local addresses. After that use the ballot drop box or take the ballot to the Town Clerk’s office. 

November 3rd at 8:00 p.m.: Deadline for the Town Clerk to receive your ballot. Ballots may be mailed, placed in the ballot drop box at the Town Office Building or delivered to the Town Clerk’s office.
