    2) Applicant: Ralph Vynalek, Owner/Christopher Bell, P.E. Site Plan Modification for storm drainage improvements for an application previously approved by the Inland Wetlands Commission on 1/10/11 for property located at 201 Saybrook Rd. Assessors Map 05 Lot 057.
