  • To consider and act upon a resolution:
  1. To recommend to the Board of Finance a bond ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS AND NOTES OF THE TOWN IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,007,250 TO FINANCE CERTAIN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS” (“Ordinance”) and approve the filing of the text of such Ordinance with the Town Clerk pursuant to Section 3.7(d) of the Town Charter, (b) to call a public hearing on the Ordinance, and (c) to call a special town meeting for the purpose of submitting such Ordinance to the electors and citizens eligible to vote at town meetings for their consideration and vote        A Copy of the foregoing resolution is on file and open to inspection at the office of the Town Clerk, Town Office Building, Haddam, Connecticut for the use or inspection of any interested person.
