To call a Special Town Meeting in accordance with Charter Section 3-8 and 3-9 to consider and vote upon a resolution to purchase easements for a water line at 69 Little Meadow Road and at 98 Little Meadow Road, and if necessary, commence legal proceedings for the acquisition of said easements in accordance with Connecticut law.
