  4. Approval of January and February minutes. There was not a quorum in February.

  • Food Waste Diversion Project - Linda Talbot/Kristin Battistoni
  • Sustainable CT program.  Bronze Certification. We need

someone to take the lead and be the project manager. Make sure we are target with deadlines and make sure everything is uploaded properly.

  •  Green Book - book of environmentally friendly businesses - Daniel Ardilla
  • Solar imitative – Jeff Lord and Daniel Ardilla
  • Community Garden
  • Recycle Education at Transfer Station - Theresa Resnick

  2. Textile – Bay State
  3. Light Bulbs -?
  4. Electronics – Take 2
  5. Mattresses -?
  6. Tires -?
  7. Scrap metal-?
  8. Propane tank-?

  • Where does our garbage go? Joanne Nesti – Special Meeting April 27th  at 5pm - Tom Gaffney from MIRA.
  • New Social Media – Facebook, Instagram and website.  We are looking for someone to manage these accounts.
  • Recycle Corner at Town Office Building – Coming along, looking for someone to paint a mural. Contacted school but no response back. Maybe have a contest and see what ideas the community have.
  • Library at the Town Office Building is a success could use some new books.
  • Trex - As of 3-17-22 – collected 126 lbs and the container is full.
  • Shred it  - May 7th -  Tom Koblyenski - Need help passing out flyers. Women’s High School Lacrosse going to be selling baked goods. Kristin Wrote an article to go in Haddam Now. Want to put an ad in the paper?
  • Help Article – Article is out for Haddam Events with all ways to help. I am going to put it in the Haddam Now as well. Kristin Battistoni
  • How to get into schools – Theresa Resnick
  • Agricultural Day at Library -  June 4th  10-2. Need some volunteers to talk about what we are doing and set up a table at the Library.

  • Kristin would like to step down as chair by the end of May. Looking for someone interested in filling the position
