**Postponed** Legal Notice - Annual Town Meeting *

The electors and citizens qualified to vote at Town Meetings are hereby warned and notified that the Annual Town Meeting will be held at the Firehouse Community Hall located at 439 Saybrook Road, Haddam CT on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. for the following purposes is ADJOURNED until January 25, 2024 at 7:00 pm

1. To Choose a Moderator to preside over such meeting and to consider and act upon the following:
2. To consider and accept the Annual Town Report for the fiscal year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 and;
3. To consider and vote on Year End Transfers of General Fund surplus to Capital and;
4. To consider and approve the transfer totaling $1,500 from CNR - Unallocated for additional costs for the Haddam Neck Volunteer Fire Department- Truck Bay Floor project and;
5. To consider and approve the transfer totaling $30,000 from CNR - Unallocated for the replacement of the roof at the Haddam Neck Volunteer Fire Department and;
6. To consider and approve the transfer totaling $85,000 from ARPA - Unallocated for the purchase a Senior Van and;
7. To consider and approve the maximum allowable income to change from $55,000 to $65,000 for the Haddam Elderly Tax Relief Program and;
8. To Consider and approve the designation of PA 490 Open Space Eligible Lands as set forth in the Town’s current Plan of Conservation and Development.
