Annual Town Meeting

The electors and citizens qualified to vote at Town Meetings are hereby warned and notified that the Annual Town Meeting will be held at the Firehouse Community Hall located at 439 Saybrook Road, Haddam CT on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. for the following purposes:

1. To Choose a Moderator to preside over such meeting and to consider and act upon the following:
2. To consider and accept the Annual Town Report for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 
3. To consider and vote on the grant of an access and utility easement from the Town of Haddam within and upon the property of Old Chester Road in favor of, and westerly and adjacent to property of, Naim Krasniqi located at 1617 Saybrook Road, consisting of an easement area of approximately 5,922 square feet, as shown on an “Easement Map” entitled “Proposed Easement in Favor of Naim Krasniqi” prepared by Jeffrey A. Sanborn, L.S., dated October 2022.
